How do I cancel my JR Verse subscription?
You can cancel anytime through two methods: (1) self-service via your Razorpay account by disabling auto-renewal, or (2) email us at [email protected] with the subject “Cancel My JR Verse Subscription.” Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, with no additional charges.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. After 7 days, the subscription is final and non-refundable. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
After cancellation, you lose active Telegram group access but retain permanent, read-only access to all archived content, downloaded resources, PDFs, and session recordings.
How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved (within 2 business days), it takes 1–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.
What if I was charged twice?
If you notice a duplicate charge, email us immediately at [email protected] with your transaction IDs. We'll verify and process a refund for the extra charge within 2–3 business days.
