1. Refund Policy Overview

JR Verse offers a 7-day money-back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. After this period, subscriptions are final and non-refundable. However, you can cancel your recurring plan anytime without penalty.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

• Applies to all subscription plans: Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and One-Time purchases
• The 7-day window begins from the date of purchase (transaction date)
• One refund per member per year (to prevent abuse)
• Refund applies only to the purchase amount; no additional charges or credits are refunded

2.2 How to request a refund (within 7 days)

Step 1 — Gather your information. Have ready:

• Your transaction ID (from Razorpay invoice or confirmation email)
• Your registered email address
• Your Telegram username (if registered)
• A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful)

Step 2 — Submit your refund request. Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request - JR Verse Membership.”

Step 3 — Verification & processing. Our team will verify your request and transaction details within 2 business days, confirm your purchase is within the 7-day window, process the refund to your original payment method, and send you a confirmation email.

Step 4 — Refund timeline. Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. Arrival time depends on your bank:

Razorpay processes all refunds; your bank's processing time is beyond our control.

2.3 What happens after a refund is approved?

• Your Telegram group access is immediately revoked.
• You can no longer access active Telegram channels.
• Archive access remains: you retain permanent, read-only access to all previously downloaded resources, PDFs, handbooks, and session recordings.
• Your courses.jrstudioedu.com account access is disabled (if linked).

3. No Refund Policy (After 7 Days)

No refunds are provided after the 7-day money-back window expires. Once 7 days have passed from your purchase date, the subscription is final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or satisfaction.

3.1 Exceptions to the no-refund policy

Refunds may be considered outside the 7-day window only in these cases:

• Duplicate billing: you were charged twice for the same period by mistake.
• Unauthorized transaction: the purchase was made without your consent (fraud).
• Technical failure: a critical service failure made the membership completely unusable (e.g. Telegram access never granted, no content delivered).

To claim an exception, email [email protected] with a detailed explanation and supporting evidence. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy for Recurring Subscriptions

4.1 When you cancel

• You can cancel your Monthly, 3-Month, or 6-Month recurring subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (no partial refunds).
• Example: if you have a Monthly subscription and cancel on the 15th, your access continues until the end of that month, and no charge is made the following month.

4.2 How to cancel a recurring subscription

Option A — Self-service cancellation (via Razorpay):

• Log into your Razorpay account (use the email associated with your membership).
• Navigate to “Subscriptions” or “Recurring Payments.”
• Find your JR Verse subscription.
• Click “Cancel Subscription” or “Disable Auto-Renewal.”
• Confirm cancellation — you will receive a confirmation email.

Option B — Email cancellation:

• Email [email protected] with the subject “Cancel My JR Verse Subscription.”
• Include your email address, Telegram username, and subscription plan (Monthly/3-Month/6-Month).
• We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day.

5. One-Time Purchase Cancellation

One-Time purchases cannot be cancelled because there is no recurring billing. However, you can still request a refund within 7 days of purchase using the process described in Section 2. After 7 days, the purchase is final.

6. Razorpay Chargeback & Dispute Process

• If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/card issuer without first contacting us, it may result in complications.
• We strongly recommend emailing us first to resolve the issue directly before initiating bank disputes.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
