1. Service Overview

JR Verse is a paid subscription membership community delivered via Telegram, operated by JR Studio Education & Media LLP (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). By subscribing to JR Verse, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

JR Verse offers the following subscription options:

• JR Orbit (Monthly): ₹299/month (auto-renews monthly)
• JR Orbit (3-Month): discounted rate for a 3-month commitment
• JR Orbit (6-Month): discounted rate for a 6-month commitment
• JR Orbit (One-Time): one-time purchase with lifetime archive access
• JR Core (Monthly): ₹699/month (auto-renews monthly)
• JR Core (3-Month): discounted rate for a 3-month commitment
• JR Core (6-Month): discounted rate for a 6-month commitment
• JR Core (One-Time): one-time purchase with lifetime archive access

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST where required.

3. What's Included In Your Membership

Your subscription includes:

• Access to the JR Verse Telegram group (exclusive community)
• Downloadable resources (PDFs, handbooks, study materials)
• Access to live sessions and calls (as scheduled)
• Permanent archive access to all previous content, resources, and session recordings
• Priority engagement and Q&A opportunities

Archive access: you retain permanent read-only access to all archived content and resources even after your subscription ends or is cancelled.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay.
• For monthly and recurring plans, payment is automatically renewed on the billing date unless cancelled.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file.
• We are not liable for payment failures due to expired or invalid card/account information.
• All transactions are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
• Invoices are generated for all transactions and can be accessed on your account dashboard.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation after 7 days

• After the 7-day money-back window, no refunds are provided.
• You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• For one-time purchases, cancellation does not apply (no ongoing billing).
• Upon cancellation, you lose active Telegram group access but retain permanent archive access to all downloaded content and past materials.

5.2 How to cancel

• Email [email protected] with your account details and cancellation request.
• Or log into your Razorpay account and disable auto-renewal through the payment portal.
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, resources, recordings, and materials provided as part of JR Verse are the intellectual property of JR Studio Education & Media LLP.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own educational purposes.
• Prohibited: you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share JR Verse content, resources, or recordings without prior written consent.
• Violations of intellectual property rights may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

7. Member Conduct & Community Guidelines

• Members agree to maintain respectful, constructive communication in the Telegram group.
• Prohibited behavior: harassment, spam, hate speech, misinformation, or commercial solicitation.
• Members who violate community guidelines may be removed from the group without refund.
• We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or edit messages that violate these guidelines.
• Archive access remains unaffected by membership suspension or removal.

8. Account & Telegram Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and maintain a JR Verse membership.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may link your membership to both a Telegram account and a courses.jrstudioedu.com account.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to compromised login information.

9. Limitation of Liability

• JR Verse is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, Telegram API changes, or third-party platform failures.
• In the event of service unavailability, we will work to restore access; however, no compensation or refund will be issued for downtime.
• We are not responsible for data loss on member devices or third-party services.

10. Data Privacy & Security

• Member data (name, email, payment information) is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Payment information is processed exclusively by Razorpay and is not stored on our servers.
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations in India.

11. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated to members at least 30 days in advance.
• Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
• If disputes cannot be resolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
